The company plans to build a new research and development building at its existing campus in Lawrenceville, and an expansion of its New Brunswick facility, both in New Jersey, as well as an expansion of its biologics campus in Devens, Massachusetts.
The company also said that it plans to close its Hopewell, New Jersey site by mid-2020, and will not renew its lease at the Lake Union Steam Plant site in Seattle, Washington in 2019. Shares were marginally higher in recent morning trade.
